Hagai founded Reinvest in 2010 and manages the fund portfolio and company operations. Hagai has 15 years of experience in the capital market with expertise in value investment methodology. Previously Hagai worked as a portfolio manager at Psagot Investment House implementing value investments on behalf of private and institutional clients with a focus on low risk exposure.

Hagai earned two undergraduate degrees: BA in Law and a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in finance and risk management from Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya (IDC).
Hagai holds the Israeli Portfolio Manager License and holds an Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
